Makes: 24 popcorn balls


4tbsp vegetable oil
6tbsp corn kernels
1/3cup granulated sugar
1/4tsp salt
1cup candy corn
1/2cup chopped pecans
4tbsp unsalted butter
4cups mini marshmallows


1. Spray a large bowl with cooking spray and set aside. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or sheet liner and set aside
2. Make the popcorn - Add the oil and kernels to a large saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle sugar over the kernels. Cover with a lid and shake the saucepan continuously until popping slows down (~4min). Be careful to remove the saucepan as soon as the popping slows to avoid burning the corn
3. Pour the corn into the prepared bowl and add the salt, candy corn, and pecans. Gently toss together
4. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted and blended
5. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn. Toss to coat evenly
6. Coat your hands with oil and shape the popcorn into 2” balls. Place on prepared baking sheet to cool
7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature
